  • 1/2 lb (225g) beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (for beef)
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (for beef)

  1. Cook the noodles: Boil glass noodles according to package instructions until tender but still chewy. Drain and rinse with cold water. Toss with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sesame oil to prevent sticking and add flavor. Set aside.
